Duties include assisting field representatives in booking planner orders, documenting all correspondence, sending information packets to customers, providing customers with planner quotes, updating customer information in Goldmine, resolving complaints and issues in a positive manner, and accurately completing paperwork for production within prescribed time frame. Representatives must make a minimum of 200 calls per week.
Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Work Experience: Phone sales, retail sales and customer service helpful.
Abilities and Skills: Able to type 40 WPM, attention to detail, excellent phone communication skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to multitask, project management skills, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Email and Goldmine.
Required In-House Training: Yearbook products and services including Online Wizard, Student Planner product line, Goldmine, Studio Desktop, Quote Worksheets.
